EVENT REGISTRATION

The cost of the Forum is $45 for professionals & $20 for students.  Price includes lunch, admission to all sessions, & admission to the Open House at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Traffic Operations Center following the Forum.  To receive additional information about the event or to pre-register, print out the registration flyer below and mail in the completed form.
